Modern Slavery Statement

This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps that Healf has taken to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our business or supply chains.
At Healf, we are committed to operating with integrity and transparency, and to upholding high standards across our business and partnerships.

1. Our Organisation and Supply Chains

Healf is a UK-based wellbeing company that curates and sells premium products and services designed to support holistic wellbeing across four pillars: Eat, Move, Mind and Sleep.
Our supply chain consists primarily of established global brands, manufacturers, and service providers within the wellbeing industry. These partners supply products that are sold through our online platform and related channels.

2. Policies in Relation to Slavery and Human Trafficking

Healf has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing systems and controls designed to prevent modern slavery from taking place within our operations or supply chain.

3. Due Diligence Processes

We seek to work with reputable partners who share our commitment to ethical business practices. When onboarding new suppliers or brand partners, we conduct reasonable due diligence and expect them to comply with applicable laws and standards relating to labour practices, human rights, and working conditions.

4. Risk Assessment and Management

Given the nature of our business as a curated retailer working primarily with established brands, we consider the risk of modern slavery within our direct operations to be low. However, we recognise that risks may exist within broader global supply chains and therefore remain committed to ongoing vigilance and responsible partner selection.

5. Key Performance Indicators

Healf monitors the effectiveness of the steps we take to prevent modern slavery through ongoing supplier and partner reviews and internal oversight. Any concerns raised in relation to labour practices or ethical standards are investigated and addressed promptly.

6. Training

As our organisation grows, we are committed to ensuring that relevant team members are aware of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking and understand how to identify and report concerns where they arise.

7. Approval

The Modern Slavery Statement is approved by the board of directors and will be reviewed and updated annually (within 6 months of the organisations financial year-end).
