An amazing product, that’s supports digestion and gut health. It’s a non negotiable for me especially now I’m going through peri menopause and my gut health has become compromised due to fluctuations in hormones. Highly recommend.
I like that you can take this product in different forms and it has no flavour which would usually put me off products like this. The texture is not bad as it dissolves quite easily even in plain water! Overall feel that my digestion has improved when taking this product and is an easy clean way of including extra fiber in your diet! Really recommend.
