Magnesium contributes to normal muscle and psychological function, supports energy-yielding metabolism, and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
The LMNT Variety Pack brings you 12 sachets—three each of Watermelon Salt, Citrus Salt, Lemonade, and Raspberry Salt—so you can enjoy a burst of flavour with every sip. Whether you crave the sweet and salty Watermelon, the crisp zest of Citrus, the bright tang of Lemonade, or the bold taste of Raspberry, there’s a flavour for every mood. Simply mix with water for a delicious way to support your wellbeing throughout the day.
Why LMNT is Healf
LMNT was founded by Robb Wolf to meet a critical need for a clean, high-sodium, zero-sugar electrolyte drink. After years on a low-carb diet, Robb realised that his performance was lacking due to insufficient salt intake. Popular products were filled with sugar and low on electrolytes, so he created his own formulation. LMNT was born from this journey, offering an effective product that has since helped thousands optimise their health by addressing the often overlooked importance of proper electrolyte balance.
While these zero-sugar sachets are a cleaner choice than most regular electrolytes, their natural flavourings do contain maltodextrin. As part of our Community Testing, we used glucose monitors to determine whether LMNT doses can be considered ketogenic-friendly — and we’re happy to confirm they can. With their 'more salt, not less' approach, they are a top choice for fuelling your body with the minerals it needs to function best.
With our Healf Curation Process, we do the work for you. Shop with confidence knowing that every item has been tried, tested, and curated for you.

The best wellbeing website…
The best health and wellbeing website in the UK. The range of products is fantastic, even on hard to reach USA products. I love the subscription service too. I'd be lost without this website.
Alex
Amazing!
Healf isn't just another wellbeing brand. They really get it. The products are fantastic, and the support is always so personal and genuine!
Janet
Great products, service, and customer support
Healf have a great range of wellbeing products not available elsewhere in the UK. They are competitively priced as one-off, but even better if you take up the 'subscription' which is super flexible too. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Healf.

I love Healf
It's the only place I get really decent health and wellbeing brands, particularly US brands. I've bought a Pvolve set, lots of Skinny Confidential stuff, Thorne supplements etc., the really great stuff that's impossible to get otherwise.
