Each bar can be split into two 20 g portions, making carbohydrate intake easy to calculate. This box combines both varieties: Solid 160 has a mild oat taste, while Solid C 160 contains cocoa for a lightly chocolatey note. Low in fibre and easy to digest, the bar works before long sessions as well as for recovery afterwards.
