Folate delivers 400 μg of vitamin B9 in its active form, 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF), using Quatrefolic® for reliable absorption. Unlike synthetic folic acid, this biologically active form is immediately available for use by the body.
Folate contributes to normal cell division, normal blood formation, and normal amino acid synthesis. Adequate maternal folate status is particularly important during pregnancy, as supplementation increases maternal folate levels, and low maternal folate status is a recognised risk factor in the development of neural tube defects.
In men, folate contributes to normal spermatogenesis and supports DNA synthesis and cell division. This makes it a relevant nutrient for both women and men during the preconception period.

Suggested use
Take 1 capsule per day with a cold drink, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
