I’ve been using this for
I’ve been using this for three months alongside tapering off antidepressant medication and I want to say it has helped my sleep quality considerably and my mood stability. I’d also been looking for something that contains saffron for a while but it seems difficult to find and is of course always very pricey. This seems to be a good combination.
