I haven't tested my blood before an after but I think some of the ingredients in this like Vitamin D is super low for someone living in the UK, so I'm taking a lot of other vitamins on top. I'm on my second bottle but don't feel the difference nor have managed to conceive yet. I'm going to give it another month.

Easy to digest product and positive to only take 2 capsules. I haven’t seen any major benefits as have had to switch supplement as my consultant recommended more iron and vitamin E so have chosen a supplement which has more of these now
These tablets are great so far - Take 2 a day. No bulking agents. Natural smell to the tablets.
I should start by saying that I'm still in my fertility journey and haven't yet conceived but I have been taking these supplements for a while and recently went for a multitude of tests at our local hospital's women's clinic to check general health and fertility levels and my results came back as excellent on all figures, which is great considering I'm 40 years old. I can't say for sure whether it's the supplements but I'm going to continue taking them and praying that my husband and I can conceive soon.
