Ingredients
All organic infusion of Oatstraw Avena sativa, Balm Melissa officinalis, Chamomile Matricaria recutita, Lavender Lavender Angustifolia.
Suggested use
Add 1 teaspoon to a cup of hot water. Infuse for 10 minutes strain and enjoy.
Note: Lemon Balm should not be taken in an excessive amount with hypothyroidism.

Wonderful tea
Congratulations on this much deserved award! Have just ordered a refill of this wonderful tea. I drink it most evenings, helps me calm down after a hectic working day. As with all Wilder teas, I usually stick my nose in the jar, too, and breathe in the glorious scent!

Relaxing Tea
I am purchasing the range of Wilder Botanics tea and the Serenity Tea is my latest purchase. It smells beautiful and is perfect for winding down at the end of the day. Having Lavender and Chamomile in it I know it will be a relaxing drink. Also, I know how good the quality of the Herbs used will be.

sweet summery
i always want to gravitate towards chamomile in the summer, I think it’s because it has a more ‘cooling’ nature. This chamomile flowers in this blend give it a mild sweetness.
