Creatine Patches combine guanidinoacetic acid, creatine ethyl ester, amino acids, vitamins, and minerals in a simple patch applied directly to the skin. Once in place, the patch delivers nutrients gradually into the bloodstream over 6–8 hours, bypassing digestion for steady absorption.

It’s hard for me to say whether these patches have had any noticeable effect. I chose them because regular creatine supplements tend to make me feel uncomfortable, so I wanted to try something different. They’re definitely easy to use, and I like how they look when applied. With some other patches, like calming ones, I can feel the effects almost immediately, so it’s more difficult for me to judge these.
These patches are highly effective and just so easy to use. It's a slow release and really helps with exercise performance, increased energy and concentration.
Great Patches! The patches are easy to apply and have no sticky residue when you take them off. You wouldn’t even know you have them on as you can’t feel them. I am starting to feeling less fatigued and more energised.

I started using these and it’s really hard to tell if they’re effective or not, after 3 months I decided to switch to creatine powder but again that’s hard to tell, and the patches are much more convenient to use so I’ve switched back to them.
Really love these, super soft and easy to use. Only removed one star as they make my skin dry if I wear them on my arm, but on my torso they are fine!
