My father has been using this product for a few years now, it’s easy for him to take, the DHA and EPA leves are good. I switched purchasing from Vivo directly to Healf as it’s cheaper and the customer service is better. I find it easier to manage my account on Healf, subscriptions, notifications and delivery. I now do most of our family supplement orders from here.
Nice thing to try
Found the drops a bit fiddly but no negatives other than that, felt less sore after workouts after a couple weeks
Have only been using this for a short time so no significant change as yet, but maybe my knee joints are feeling slightly ‘smoother’. I will be continuing for a while longer and hope to get more benefits
