Suggested use
Add two 15ml scoops or one heaped tablespoon (approx. 14g) to 250ml water before, during or after exercise. Use one to two servings daily.

go to post or pre intense workout/ runs, helps hugely with muscle recovery and energy, prevents/ controls energy crashes and carb/sugar cravings later in the day and reduces bloating. Tastes good, effective, clean, natural, wholefood derived ingredients, no added artificial nasties. Helped when I was sick with nausea and dehydration. Have been using for years and only repurchase this as it works.
