Really helps to support my immune system
I wouldn’t be without this blend. I have been taking it throughout autumn and winter and it's a great boost for my immune system. It has stopped viral sore throats and muscle aches straight away. I take it with Vimergy Micro C powder (Vitamin C). So far I haven’t had any viruses take hold. Will carry on taking it daily. Unlike most herbal blends this doesn’t have a bitter taste. It's pleasant in water.
