This is a brilliant product for maintaining good health and easy to take in a smoothie. Apparentlyy 60% of spirulina’s dry weight is protein, so as a vegetarian, that’s great for me. I also use it as a detoxifier as it helps purge toxins from the body (Medical Medium info)
