Suggested use
Massage into damp skin (a half-pump for the 10.24 fl oz bottle, 1 pump for the 4 fl oz bottle), and rinse well. For an extra hit of exfoliation, leave on for 30-60 seconds. Use AM, PM and post-exercise.
