I liked this, the taste was fine, it’s expensive per g/ mg, but the marine sourcing is excellent and has a good mg of collagen per portion. I switched to Codeage marine collagen as it has more ‘types’ so works better for my needs, more muscular benefits, but Truvani is a solid recommendation. You should pair a collagen with vitamin c, I add powdered collagen to juices/ smoothies.
