Suggested use
Mix 6-8 fl. oz of water with 1/2 scoop 20-30 minutes prior to training (to assess tolerance). For increased intensity, mix 12-16 fl. oz of water with 1 full scoop.

I've tried a lot of pre-workouts over the years, and Transparent Labs Stim-Free is easily one of my favourites. I love that Transparent Labs is third-party tested and genuinely transparent about what's in their products—it gives me real confidence in the quality. Another huge plus is the clean ingredient profile. No artificial sweeteners like or unnecessary fillers—just well-dosed, quality ingredients that actually serve a purpose. The formula delivers fantastic pumps, focus, and endurance without relying on stimulants, making it perfect for evening workouts or days when I don't want extra caffeine. And the Strawberry Lemonade flavour. . . wow. It's honestly so good that I could eat it straight from the tub! 😂 It's easily one of the best-tasting pre- workout supplements I've ever had. Highly recommended if you're after a premium stim-free pre-workout that's clean, effective, and genuinely enjoyable to use.

Solid formulation
Before purchasing this product I was having issues with sleeping due to high caffeine consumption for my late night powerlifting sessions. But with this product the formulation will allow me to have similar energy levels and focus in the gym but not the sleep difficulties caused by stimulants.
