Best sleep supplements I’ve used
These do help with sleep, I sleep 7-8 hours and don’t wake up much mid-sleep and don’t feel restless next day. These used to have magnesium biglycinate but now it’s magnesium citrate but still help with sleep.

PLEASE read this. Revolutionary sleep supplement.
I firstly want to state that I very rarely write reviews unless something is exceptionally bad or exceptionally good and this product firmly sits in the latter category!! To provide some context on why this has been such a quantifiable supplement: over the past few years, I've really struggled to get truly restorative sleep. I have a Garmin and therefore, inherently track my sleep. It’s always been fragmented. I’d also rarely get much deep sleep and for as long as I remember, barely could recall dreams - a clear sign that supports my deep sleep was lacking. I also had a very consistent wake‑up time, which in itself isn’t a bad thing. The issue was that my bedtime wasn’t always consistent. On some nights, I’d end up getting to sleep later than I should, and as a result I was regularly running on about 5-6 hours of sleep, 7 at best. My sleep scores hovered in the 70s and occasionally dipped into the 60s… sometimes even worse and these really impacted my working days. It felt like I was constantly trying to catch up but never quite getting there. Of all the supplements I take - and there are quite a few - this has had the most noticeable, measurable impact by a long way. It’s the one supplement where the benefits are undeniable and easy for me to quantify. Since taking it, I’m consistently getting 7-8hrs hours of sleep, and occasionally more. I’m able to sleep longer, I’m waking naturally, and I’m even able to enjoy proper lie‑ins, something I hadn’t experienced in years, if not the majority of my life. My deep sleep has clearly improved, my sleep scores now average in the 80s and frequently hit 90+, and the return of vivid, memorable dreams is one of the most obvious signs that my sleep cycles are finally back on track. I almost dream recall every night, which absolutely fascinates me. Most importantly, I feel better. My recovery is stronger, which is crucial given how hard I train and I’m waking up noticeably more refreshed and restored. Zero grogginess. In short, this supplement has been genuinely life‑changing for me. I’ve plugged all my symptoms that I previously had before and the improvements felt off the back of this, into ChatGPT and it’s given be a breakdown of how each ingredient has supported this progress - something I’d reckon anyone do, who is planning to trust this product. Honestly, if high‑quality sleep and proper recovery matter to you, especially if you train intensely, this supplement is an absolute must and I can’t urge you enough to try it. I started with 75% of the dose (3pills) for a week to get my body used to it then once I started having 100% of the dose, that’s when I felt most of the benefits. I’ve tried magnesium on its own before and never felt major effects. I always sought to find additional supplements to aid the magnesium and luckily found this company who had it all in one.
