I find this great for focus at work and the saffron in it also helps alot with mood. Ive noticed that the products at Healf are edited to actaully work in a tangible way! I also use the thorne rhodiola and its a game changer for work related stress for me.
These supplements really help me fall sleep and have good 7-8 hours deep sleep and dont feel restless when wake up, they used to have magnesium biglycinate but now it’s magnesium citrate, but still help me with sleep.
