Ingredients
Creatine Monohydrate, β-Hydroxy β-Methylbutyrate (HMB) (as Patented myHMB® Calcium β-Hydroxy β-Methylbutyrate Monohydrate), BioPerine® (Black Pepper Extract) (95% Piperine) (Piper nigrum) (Fruit), Vitamin D (as Cholecalciferol) (500 IU), Acidity Regulator (Tartaric Acid (1170mg)), L-Malic Acid (905mg), Sweetener (Stevia Extract (310mg)), Natural Flavours (200mg), Colour (Beta Carotene (130mg))
Suggested use
Add one level scoop (included in the container) of Creatine HMB powder into a shaker cup with 10-12 ounces of cold water or your preferred beverage. Adjust the amount of liquid to suit your taste preferences (less water = stronger flavour and vice versa).
Place the lid securely on your shaker cup and shake vigorously until the powder fully dissolves and the mix is smooth.
For best results, enjoy Transparent Labs Creatine HMB within 30 minutes after your resistance or weight training session.
On rest days, take one scoop of Creatine HMB in the morning (with or without food) to help maintain your muscle creatine stores.
