I drink it after every run and my legs aren't nearly as sore the next day. It's weirdly enjoyable to drink and I look forward to it. It's not too sweet which is great cause I'm not a fan of sugary stuff. Its become a none-negotiable part of my cool down.

I'm not gonna lie after a big Leg day I usually have to take the lift at work the next day. Started using this stuff and while i'm still feeling it, it's more of a gentle reminder than a full-on assault. The taste is alright, a bit like a cherry calippo. It's a bit pricey but probly worth it if it means I can avoid the stairs post-workout. Will continue to use and see how it goes.

Effective for recovery
As someone who trains 5-6 times a week recovery is sooo important. I've tried a fair few post-workout formulas over the years and many of them are either under-dosed or taste terrible. This one impressed me. The profile is solid and I feel it when it comes to muscle soreness - there's definately less of it. I can hit my next session harder than I could before. The cherry flavour is also one of the better ones on the market. Mixability is spot on. It's not a magic cure, you still have to put in the work and get you're sleep and diet right, but it's a very effective and neccessary tool in the arsenal for serious training.
