Ingredients
Vitamin D (as Cholecalciferol), Vitamin K (as Menaquinone MK-7), Coconut Oil, Antioxidant: Tocopherol-Rich Extract.
Suggested use
Using the metered dropper, take 0.2 mL (4 drops) one to three times daily or as recommended by your physician. May be added to food; mix in cold or hot beverages, but only after the heating process. Do not refrigerate.

Vit D levels actually dropped after 2 months
Quite disappointed with this supplement. I’ve been taking 4 drops after food everyday for 2 months only to re test again now and find out that my levels have actually dropped.

I am on my second
I am on my second bottle of this, I take it daily to help keep vitamin D levels steady. I have noticed an improvement in my hair loss along with energy levels. An excellent vitamin D liquid that absorbs well, I take four drops per day under my tongue. I am no longer vitamin D deficient.
