Would recommend to anyone suffering
Great product, bought this twice - first time it didn’t arrive for weeks but I reached out and they resent it. 2nd time it arrived within 2 days! Iv been suffering from oral thrush/candida since the age of 11 when I first got my retainer braces and also became dehydrated a lot of the time - now at 25 y/o I had enough. I would be brushing my tongue 2-3 times a day to remove the white furry stuff, had bad breath and the other symptoms like constipation, brain fog, occasional ringworm. I tried nystatin and 1 oral thrush tablet but nothing worked. I found this product on the iherb website with lots of good reviews, so I bought it from here as looked more of a professional website. I started slowly day by day, made it to 6 tablets a day and stayed at that level for a couple weeks hoping that’s all I’d need. It didn’t work … so I moved up to the full dosage of 15 per day - it worked amazingly. Took about 10 days, I still have a lil whiteness at the back of my tongue but I think that’s normal. I also have stuck to a no added sugar, no gluten and no lactose diet - it’s not so hard when you find the right things to eat. Now that my candida looks gone from my tongue I will see about reducing my dosage or perhaps do the pharmacy oral thrush tablets to ensure it’s fully gone.
