Affected my sleep
The ordering process was very easy, delivery was fast, professional and well packaged. Unfortunately they started to affect my sleep, my heart rate wouldn’t settle and it would take me up to 2 hours to finally get to sleep – normally I’m asleep in about five minutes. I’ve decided to stop taking them, I was trialing them to help with brain fog but they didn’t not help that either, unfortunately.

Best Rhodiola and I've tried alot of brands!
I used a brand of Rhodiola for years from Sweden that has become unavailable in UK and its been really hard to find a replacement that is as effective. The one I used really helped with my tendency towards anxiety and burnout, concentrations and with seasonal affective disorder. The Thorne brand is the only one i have found that seems to have the same properties. It really helps me to stay focused at work (I have a tendency to get distracted) it helps me to manage my stress levels and so far I'm really happy with this. It also is reasonably priced. Please don't stop selling this Healf!

I have only taken maybe
I have only taken maybe 7 pills. It doesn’t definitely make you more focused, however, I do get some weird headaches sometimes after taking it, although it might be due to the fact that I have three coffees in the morning and then I take this. I have read that you shouldn’t have a lot of caffeine with it. So keep that in mind
