Wow, amazing for active women!
This stuff has been life saver for me. I have a heavy training load with double sessions and hyrox blocks… noticed pre period I would could fatigue (even trigger period earlier) but since taking this a weeek before and doubling up. A great full profile amino blend
A lot of amino blends are not transparent with their ingredients whereas Thorne has a full profile of all the aminos you need it’s a great option in my opinion a must for longevity!

At first i wasnt sure
At first i wasnt sure on the taste… but its grown on me! Just make sure its with enough water and id recommend ice cold. I’m pretty certain my sleep and my muscle recovery has improved almost straight away, which im pleased about. I cant say for certain on other health aspects as havent been using it long. I like and recommend this brand
