I suffer from MS and on a daily basis I wake up with stiffness. This massage gun is really good at softening my muscles, particularly on the back of my legs. Great attachments too.

Incredible relief for chronic pain
As someone with fibromyalgia this has been an incredible tool for me. I get a lot of pain and stiffness in my shoulders neck and hips and while this is not a cure it provides immense relief. on bad days when everything hurts just a few minuites with the therabody can make the pain more manageable and help me relax enough to sleep which is huge. It's powerful so you have to be careful not to overdo it but the different speed settings help alot with that. I was worried it would be too aggressive for me but the lower settings are perfect and the soft 'dampener' attachment is my go-to. It's not a small expense but for the relief it gives me it has been completely worth the price. It's much more effective and convenient than my regular physio appointments. Not neccessarily a replacement for professional care but an amazing supplement to it and helps me manage things day-to-day
