This product is great! It’s really handy to travel with and very strong and effective at the same time. I love that it heats up. Best investment if you like to get massages but don’t have time.
Every leg day would leave me struggling to walk for the next two days, but using this after my workouts and occasionally in the evenings has completely changed that. My mum also gets pains in her back and shoulders but the massage gun paired with the heated attachment is a massive help for her.

Opening the Theragun Mini Plus is like what opening a certain smartphone ~used~ to be like. That is, the whole experience feels very premium. Its packaging is sleek and thoughtful, with everything fitting perfectly into a compact carrier case. The box comes with instructions as well, along with reference cards for using the device on different areas of the body. The device comes to life with the simple press of a button but can also be controlled via Bluetooth and a dedicated mobile app, complete with guided treatment routines. Its ergonomic form and soft-touch silicone finish feel super life in-hand. Between the devices two buttons, you are able to program three heat and speed settings. Even on the lowest setting, the combination of heat (warms very quickly and gets 30% warmer than the leading competitor) and percussive + vibrating action is very effective against everyday aches and pains and musculoskeletal injuries alike. Battery life is great and the charge is super fast. There is no charger included so be sure to have a UB-C cable on hand. I recently slipped on my tile kitchen floor from standing height and landed on my back. Long story short, a dull and massaging ache has lingered for months. One use of the Theragun has already made so much difference for instance, I'm not in near as much pain in my flank area when getting out of bed. Also of note: the device is very quiet and particularly for punch it packs. I appreciate that the massage head can be swapped out easily for other attachments and that the technological element of incorporating the smartphone app seems thoughtful and intuitive re: personalized, science-backed care routines.
I've been using the Therabody Theragun Mini Plus for a while now, and honestly it surprised me. It's one of the most portable massage devices I've tried - small enough to slip into a gym bag or weekend carry-on without noticing the extra bulk. That compactness doesn't feel cheap, either: the build quality is solid, with a firm grip and no creaks, and the attachments click in with reassuring precision. Once turned on, it's not whisper-quiet but pleasantly tame - the motor hum is audible but not harsh. It doesn't dominate a room, and I haven't felt embarrassed using it at home or in a semi-quiet shared space. The percussive action feels effective: it reaches into sore spots well, loosening tension that lingers after workouts or long days of sitting. It's not a pro-level deep-tissue dynamo, but for everyday use it gets the job done. Battery life has been reliable: for me, one full charge easily covers several sessions over a few days before needing to plug in again. It's nice not having to charge daily or carry around a charger for short trips. All together, it hits that sweet spot of being powerful enough for recovery, yet compact, durable, and user-friendly for daily wear and tear.
