It’s ok however expensive for what it does
It’s not so easy to use on your own for the back area. I bought this as I have severe migraines generated by herniated neck disks which causes muscle stiffness - it’s a bit hard to use between the shoulder blades on your own however the suction power is pretty strong.

I really like this suction+heat cup. It helps to alleviate my sciatica. I use it almost daily on my upper glute followed by my lower back, and it really does feel like the area around the nerve is being decompressed. I only wish that the suction were a little bit stronger – or that I had a whole swarm of them to use at once! (My pain is quite severe. ) Alas, I don't have that kind of money.
