I was very skeptical about
I was very skeptical about these patches at first. I couldn’t understand how something applied to the skin could have such an effect—although, to be fair, aromatherapy, nicotine patches, and contraceptive patches all work the same way. I have to say I’m genuinely impressed. They help me feel calmer, and I definitely sleep better when I use them. I also tried one on my daughter, and the next morning I could barely get her out of bed for her workout—which has never happened before because she never says no to an early gym session. She even told me it was one of the best nights of sleep she’s ever had. These patches really do work, and I’m really surprised.
