Ingredients

Whey protein concentrate from milk (95%), black coffee powder (5%).

Suggested use

Mix one serving (25g) with 80ml–100ml of water or milk using a handheld milk frother for best results, or mix in a blender, or shake vigorously in a hand shaker for 30 seconds. Add the liquid first to prevent lumps. Use as needed or 1–2 times daily.

If you’re using a blender, you may need to add more liquid. 25g is roughly equivalent to 2 of the scoops, 3 1⁄2 tbsp, 60ml, or 1⁄4 cup. For a precise measurement, use scales.

Caused me severe stomach cramps
This product tasted fine in black coffee. Although it was tricky mixing it in well, despite using a milk frother. I started gradually introducing this product into my morning routine for the first week. On the second week I decided to take every morning. On day 10 of taking this, I experienced intense painful cramps, so severe that my partner almost phoned the emergency doctor! There was no way it was linked to anything like food poisoning. This product didn’t agree with me at all & therefore I wouldn’t recommend.
