Great nourishing addition to my diet. Suggests adding to a milkshake/smoothie but I actually love the taste when mixed with just almond milk. Really healthy recognisable ingredients, no UPF, and 5g of vegan protein in just 12g serving! I take after yoga or calisthenics workouts
