Ingredients
Water, extract of germinated barley (gluten free), fermented with culturest of: L. rhamnosus NCIMB 30174,
E. faecium NCIMB 30176, L. plantarum NCIMB 30173, L. acidophilus NCIMB 301/5; acidity regulators: ascorbic acid, trisodium citrate; preservative: potassium sorbate; natural flavourings. Relative proportions will vary.
Suggested use
Shake bottle gently before use. Take 70ml of Symprove every morning
10 minutes before you eat or drink.
Fermented to a level of at least 10 billion CFUs per 70ml and proven to deliver metabolically active bacteria at least until the expiration date.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place out of the reach of children. Once opened, keep in the fridge and consume within 14 days.

After doing a lot of
After doing a lot of research into probiotics and how beneficial they are for gut health, I settled on Symprove as the best option for me due reviews reporting how gentle on the stomach it is, and also how effective it can be! I have definitely not been disappointed! I initially just wanted to use this for a 12 week period to heal my gut after a nasty bout of covid, but nearly 5 weeks in and I know I will be taking this for the foreseeable future. All of the issues I was experiencing with my stomach and digestive issues have improved massively already and I feel so much better overall. It's easy to incorporate into my daily routine, a reasonable price and most importantly - it's doing what I needed it to! I got all of the flavoured options to try and whilst this particular one (Pineapple) isn't my favourite (Strawberry is the best IMO) it's still really pleasant and refreshing. I can't recommend Symprove highly enough, and also ordering it from Healf was a very positive experience (as always) so I am a very happy customer.
