Notice a real difference
I've been using the sports research stuff for about a month now after my Pilates instructor mentioned it, its really made a diffrence to my recovery I think. I feel less sore the next day and have more energy for my morning sessions. The taste is also quite pleasant which helps I'm not a huge fan of sweet drinks but this ones balanced really well. Will be buying again once this tub runs out
