Ingredients
Slippery Elm Powder (Ulmus fulva)
Suggested use
Internally: Mix 1 teaspoon with a small amount of water and dissolve into a thick paste. To reach desired consistency, continue to add water slowly while mixing. Best taken at night and take at least 2 hours before any medication. Externally: Mix with water to form a paste and apply to the affected area. Do not apply to open wounds.
