Chewing gum with sugar = bad for teeth
I was surprised to see this being offered by Healf. Yes it's natural, no artificial stuff but chewing gum with teeth is a disaster for teeth! Xylitol inhibits the bacteria that causes cavities, supported by clinical evidence. Sorbitol stimulates saliva production (which helps fight cavities). Yes, Simply Gum is a clean product, but it damages your teeth. Terrible!
