Significantly improved my digestion
I purchased this after a DNA methylation test showed that I had a sluggish PEMT gene and that my liver didn’t produce enough choline on its own. Ive been taking optimal PC for just over two weeks and it is the only thing that has significantly improved my digestion and believe me ive brought everything you can imagine including digestive bitters. Before I had terrible gastroparesis and constipation. I would eat a meal at 5pm and it would still be in my stomach at 11pm to the point I couldn't lie down to sleep. Since taking this my digestion has improved significantly. I no longer need to take hcl betaine. Other benefits include better intimate lubrication and in general I just feel more grounded in my body, more content, satisfied and hopeful for the future. This is a feeling I haven't had since childhood. Its a supplememt I never knew I needed but will always keep in my cupboard once im completely healed. I'll be ordering another bottle.
