Suggested use
As needed, take 1 capsule after breakfast. Use as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Capsules may be opened, and nutrients taken separately by mixing with food or drink. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep.

One of a kind. Methyl
One of a kind. Methyl free. Methylated vits are fashionable at the moment but many of us can’t tolerate them. This product has been around for a while but the vitamin b6 was too high. They’ve finally lowered it to 10mg so I can use it. I pulse it three times a week. If it was 5mg b6 I’d take it daily. But anyway I’m very happy. And great service from Healf. Thank you.
