Suggested use
For children aged 1–3 years, start with ½ of the suggested serving size with breakfast.
The remaining half may be given in the afternoon, no later than 1 pm, only if additional support is needed. Adjust usage based on individual response and avoid afternoon use if it affects bedtime or sleep quality. Use as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Children 4 years or above: Chew 1-2 tablets daily with breakfast.
If desired, take ½ the serving size with breakfast and ½ with lunch. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep. Use as directed by your healthcare professional.
Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.

Good ingredients
Chose these for my son as I wanted a chewable multivitamin with iron. Found the ingredients ideal for what I wanted but they are not gummies and he kicks up a bit of fuss as he does not like the texture/flavour. I'm sure they would be fine for older kids.
