Ingredients
DAOgest® Porcine Kidney Extract (Diamine Oxidase Activity 30,000 HDU - based on vendor calculation), Microcrystalline Cellulose (Plant Fiber), DR Caps™ Hypromellose Capsule, Antioxidant (Ascorbyl Palmitate)
Suggested use
As needed, take 1 capsule before eating or drinking. Capsules may be opened and sprinkled on a bite of food. Use as directed by your healthcare professional.
Children 4 years of age and older may use Histamine Digest. You may need to open the small capsule and mix in a bite of applesauce if they cannot swallow the small capsule.
Pregnant women may use Histamine Digest if approved by their healthcare professional. Breastfeeding women may use Histamine Digest.
Do not take Histamine Digest and knowingly eat foods you are allergic to—it will not prevent allergic reactions.

I have been taking this
I have been taking this fairly religiously for 3 weeks. I seem to be able to tolerate some high histamine foods I could not without it. There are some however that are still a problem. This could be mast cell activation though which is a whole other different problem!
