Suggested use
Pour a generous amount of sunscreen into your cupped palm then apply to body 20 minutes before exposure to sun. Reapply every 2 to 4 hours depending on the intensity of sunlight. Always reapply after swimming.

I have been testing this
I have been testing this product out all summer for The Health Puzzle's UK nutritional therapist approved product recommendation directory. I have very pale skin that burns very easily, so I make a great test subject. I did not burn once during my month long trip to Cornwall. It has a lovely matt finish, so I didn't spend the whole summer walking around feeling sticky and shiny. As it was clear, matt and light I used it on my face (with and without make up) all summer long, and it did not bring me out in spots and looked great. It rubs best into dry skin, on wet skin it took a little longer, but it certainly would not put me off buying this product again. Overall, I was very happy with it and will be purchasing it again next summer.
