Akkermansia is one of the key beneficial bacteria in our gut, so it’s definitely worth knowing what levels we have. 🤍 The good thing is that you can easily check your Akkermansia levels with a gut microbiome test and, if needed, support your levels with supplementation.
I bought these capsules to help my MCAS. Unfortunately, I was unable to tolerate them. Healf were very helpful and gave me a full refund. These are probably suit anyone else who doesn’t suffer with MCAS.
