Have only been using this NAD for about three weeks alongside other supplements. First thing in the morning a spoonful, it has a nice taste so can be used in intermittent fasting as well. Not sure of effects yet though my main reasons for purchasing were cellular aging and cognitive focus (primarily aligned with work). Thus far I think mentally my memory works a little better but again I do use it alongside other supplements and it has only been three weeks
