Best hydration and reasonable price for the excellent ratios. Tastes very salty I mix it with squash but like unflavoured so I can dose the taste and stops me drinking too much of it!

Perfect way to rehydrate
I have been using this for over a year now and it's the best electrolytes I've tried. I take it first thing in the morning in a pint of water, this hydrates me from the night sleep and is a good start to my daily water intake. I feel so much more energised, my skin is looking more plump and I generally feel better. It lasts a long time so whilst an initial outlay it is worth the money.
