Quality Extraction for Red Reishi Benefits
Extraction is critical for Reishi. The fact that this is also the coveted Red Reishi, which I have found to be of great benefit in a number of ways, brings me back to this particular brand. I will continue to purchase from Real Mushrooms because of their quality and processes.

Reishi is my favorite mushroom
Reishi is my favorite mushroom....now I finally have an efficacious way to take it, with beta-glucans intact and proven. I love to have 1/2 tsp in my a.m. coffee. I find that using a light or medium roast blends best with the reishi....dark roast can be too bitter. Lion's Mane powder is new to me, I have been taking for a couple months now. I have felt a subtle increase of awareness in my prefrontal cortex...very cool indeed. I like to take this powder in my daily bone broth.

So glad a friend recommended realmushrooms to us.
The reishi powder has become such a staple for me that i ended purchasing it for my family, we now use some everyday with our coffee or drinks, it can be bitter so don't put too much! The reishi did wonders to my immune system and for my mind. I used to get sick often and now i don't, even when i do catch something, i immediately bounce back unlike before. This is staple in every household especially with the whole pandemic situation. So glad a friend recommended realmushrooms to us.

What a way to end the evening!
It's easy to find online all the great reasons to supplement with Reishi. There is a slight bitterness to Reishi which helps you to know that these guys sell the real thing. Each night before bedtime, I look forward to my Reishi spicy soy-milk carob mug of goodness. Cup of hot soy milk, a tablespoon of Carob (unlike cocoa, it has no caffeine), 1/2 Tsp Reishi, 1/2 Tsp sweetener (ie honey), 1/4 Tsp Ceylon Cinnamon, a pinch each of: ground cloves, ground cardamon, nutmeg and a splash of bottled Ginger Juice. I use one of those inexpensive battery operated latte frothers. It nearly doubles the volume. What a way to end the evening!
