This is a brilliant product. Combing this with ashwagandha really helps calm my anxiety, overthinking and physical reaction to anxiety daily. Long-term use has improved the way my mind functions. It has calmed the physiological effects of anxiety related disorders, so I can then focus on adapting my mind set in triggering situations, as I feel much more physically calm so can think clearer and more rationally than before taking this product
