Suggested use
Start small and gradually increase the amount if new to raw propolis. Can be taken on its own or mixed with a little water.
Shake well before each use.
Adults and children over the age of 1 year:
Children over the age of 1: 1 spray per 10kg body weight. May be mixed with food or liquids.
Consult your physician during pregnancy and breastfeeding before taking our propolis extract kids 1+.

Seems Good
Have began using for my toddler to prevent/reduce illnesses over the winter. Have yet to go through the winter period yet though. But he has hardly been ill this year. He tolerates the flavour/taste well and doesn't disagree to taking it. Very simple to take just shake it and spray into their mouth. I tell him it's time to take your 'honey' and he loves it.

Took some getting used to
I got it for my daughter since she started school. She didn't like the flavour ar first and it got some time until she got used to it but she was only ill once and for 2 days over the whole school period while all her classmates were ill for much longer and were really struggling to get back on track.
