Raw propolis extract [distilled water, raw propolis extract (30%)], rosehip fruit extract with 70% naturally occurring Vitamin C, raw honey.

Stay hydrated before enjoying any RAW bee product.
If you’re new to raw propolis, start with a small amount and gradually increase as needed. Enjoy on its own or diluted in a little water.
Shake well before use.
For adults and children over 1 year.
Suggested daily serving: 1ml (each spray is 0.20ml). Take 1 spray at 5 intervals throughout the day, or 5 sprays at once—whenever suits you.
Take one serving once a day.
Amount per serving: 21mg Vitamin C from rosehips (26.3% NRV*)
