first time trying these and I must say they really work. These are the lower dose ones which act more like medicine in that they are perfectly matched with your blood concentration. I find they put you in a parasympathetic nervous state pretty instantly and so I've been taking them at night and sleep very peacefully. Well worth a try. Minerals are always a good thing to add.
I learnt about these on a podcast where they said they were the best electrolytes for your body and I have been very happy with them. They have nothing added and therefore no flavour, are easy to use and I feel as though I am more hydrated since using them.
This is a great product for rehydration and minerals, although the label does not show the amount of minerals and salts, it is due to legislation rather than manufacturing issue. Totally recommend for children and also used it nebuliser.
