Suggested use

This seems to be a well formulated supplement, however the taste is absolutely appalling, to the point that I just can’t bear to continue using it. The colour stains anything it comes into touch with and the process of holding it in your mouth for c60+ seconds makes it a really unpleasant experience. A real disappointment as I was hoping this would be a product I could repeat purchase going forward.
