Suggested use
Use 1-2 pumps in water or directly into the mouth three times daily. Alternatively, try 2-4 pumps in sparkling water during or after meals. Best taken on an empty stomach at least 10 minutes before meals. If pregnant, breast-feeding, or planning to become pregnant, consult your physician before use.
