The Precision Mat was well worth the investment. It makes it so much easier to find my footing quickly during a class and to make sure I am positioned at the correct angles in order to feel the correct muscles working. The mat is made of high quality materials and doesn't slip. Definitely would recommend buying in order to get the most out of the workouts by using proper form!
